My wall sculptures were born on a freezing winter night in 2003, I was rereading for the second time the novel "The Steppenwolf" by Hermann Hesse, which combines autobiographical and fantastic elements, and reflects the moment of profound crisis lived by the author in the 1920s. The work represents at the same time an indictment of the bourgeois world, seen by Hesse as a hypocritical, closed structure and limiting the freedom of the spirit. In this book I noticed that the bookmark was made of a mouldable material, I ran to the computer to do research on this material, I purchased it and began experiments, after several failed attempts, I finally managed to create my sculptures. And after 20 years I started making them again.
